GTA glitch, credits for discovering it go to the unknown person on one of the Russian forums. Get a smoke grenade/teargas grenade and a knife, throw the grenade at group of people and go and cut one's neck with a blade. The animation of the killed ped will apply to all suffering from the gas. They all will be dead too.DO NOT TRY THIS IN REAL LIFE.
